I got a pair of Nautica's boots that came defective. I contacted the customer service in February when they committed to send me a new pair of shoes, but I've never gotten the replacement. Due to the quarantine I didn't keep emailing the company, I assumed that they probably weren't working. Therefore, in September I decided to send them another email questioning when they could send me the boots as they have committed to do so. At the time the customer service staff reaffirmed that they would send me a new pair of boots. As suspected I didn't get it yet, I've been emailing them asking for updates, but they simply no longer answer my emails. I am very frustrated with Nautica's costumer service, it is the first American company that I have problems with.

Who is the *** who designed MENS underwear with no *** *** hole! Are these Panties? Why do I have take a key and cut *** in these *** Useless Men's UNDEWEAR! I didn't buy panties for men. Idiots Never buy anything from Nautica again

Please refer to the purchase receipt, I bought several items including 2 shirts in the same model xxl, 1 + 1 that I got home I saw that the seller made a mistake and put me another shirt and also size xl I called immediately and she said and apologized for the mistake...

SEND ME THE WRONG ITEM

SO THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT IT WAS TOO SMALL!!!! SO I SENT THE ITEM BACK TWICE AND THEY SENT IT BACK TO ME BOTH TIMES AND NOW THEY TALKING ABOUT PROCESSING ANOTHER RETURN I'M LIKE NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!

Very disappointed

I have make a order at Náutica online almost four weeks ago, they send me two e-mails saying the order was shipped, I wait and wait , the order never came. I have called their customer service to see when the order will get here, the girl just said we dont know were is the order , do you want a refund I told her her yes because Im traveling I can not keep waiting for something that they dont even know were is it. Then she process the refund Without saying not even sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Im really disappointed, will not buy on Náutica again

Store refused to replace defective merchandise.

No response from Nautica after posting detailed explanation of how store clerk rudely blamed me for ripping a newly purchased shirt and refused to allow me to replace it with a new one.

Problem with the order

Customer service and return shipping charges

Sizing as described online inaccurate and shirt purchased needed to be returned. Nautica states customer must pay return charges. Customer/consumer gets raped financially. Buyer beware !!! Nautica is a *** show online provider that gives online sites a bad reputation. Find a better customer oriented retailer A complete rip off.

Complaint about a manager at the National Harbor

Today my husband and I went to the Nautica store at the Tanger Outlet at the National Harbor. We frequent the store very often. My husband asked the manager if he had another black jeans, the jeans that were on the floor were dirty. The manager replied probably not without even checking in the back. My husband began to walk out of the store and I asked him you didn't see anything, he said yes but the manager failed to look in the back. Another associate in the store looked in the back and found the jeans. My husband told the store manager that his employee found the jeans that he told him they probably do not have. My husband told him as a manager you should have made sure you had the jeans in the back before telling me probably not. The manager replied well you found them didnt you. My husband then said you need to demonstrate leadership and take responsibility for your mistakes. Instead of the manager apologizing he began to tell my husband how long he had been there. The store manager then told an associate to rang us up awhile clearly displaying frustration over our complaint. Im very disappointed with this manager because he gave me the same response on another occasion.

Honestly, I get it. It's a lot more satisfying to write a complaint than a compliment and every company is going to have issues if you read nothing but bad. And, hey, I'm not naive enough to think that any garment company isn't using their brand to make a quick buck....

Nautuca never received order on time

Place an order on June 8, 2020, website said package would be delivered by June 16, 2020 and it is June 17 and guess what no package, and the shipping has not been updated in two days, how come I can get a package from KS to VA in 3 days but its taken over a week to get an order from NJ to VA. I will make sure if I need anything from Nautica I will go to the store in person and not buy from there online store again. I wish I read the reviews on here before ordering.

I was on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally hung up. Then sent an email which has not been answered as yet. I understand the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses. However, phone and email services could be processed from home.

Online shopping

Do not shop online with nautica. They probably will send you wrong merchandise and then give you a hassle about receiving what you already paid for; such as, have you pay for it again then wait on a return label to send it back and then wait on a refund.
