Im a LONG TIME Nautica customer and Im very disappointed in the Nautica Flex wrinkle resistant material. Before these shirts are worn they have a million wrinkles in them thats not easy to come out. Maybe the wrinkle resistant material need to be revisited

Fraud scam

15 % promo code that couldnt be used. They deactivated it after gaining my email then number.

The nasty chat lady argued with me over a discount that would have been less 6 dollars. Shipping is 8. She told me after I gave my info that it couldnt be used on items on sale. Not clearance a shirt for 39 dollars.

I was willing to pay the shipping fee. But she felt she should argue with me then decide to issue me this promo code:

CSFS-29E-UDQ-ZBH-G70, which didnt work either.

Im disgusted with Nautica and the way they handle their customers. Customer retention must be at an all time low.

I purchased a set of Nautica Luggage after using them about 5 times or so the casters fell apart. I reached out to the Customer Service department and what I got was the biggest run around ever. They expect for you to save your receipt until the warranty expires. Worst company to deal with they dont honor the warranty without a copy of your receipt. I sent them pictures of the damaged casters and the tag and they are still adamant about the receipt. Buyers be aware the warranty isnt worth the paper its written on. Run get a different brand even if you pay more. Not worth the aggravation

You’re store manager and employees

Good afternoon Im sending this email to inform corporate about your terrible customer service at the Lancaster Tanger outlets store #2218 or Atleast THATS what the ignorant manager said the location I was not helped while arriving at your store so I walked around looking for your employee when I finally found a manager about 5 minutes later eating in the back I was directed back to the front of the store where I was disrespected and called stupid by an employee by the name Gabriella she said are you stupid or something you cant see me in the front of the store fixing stuff I immediately asked to speak to the manager again and was told its none of my business I repeatedly asked for corporate number and was told no its not her concern she couldnt give me her name. Nobody in the store had uniforms or name tags to identify who or what position they help I was cussed at and told to leave I have video of this incident and I would like to have this corrected I support the Brand but this is outrageous and I DONT think Ill spend another dollar if this isnt corrected

Bought two pairs of Nautica shoes from a store in National City and the shoes start to fall apart in just two weeks, the online chat from the Nautica website is no help they only help with online orders and just told me to talk to the store to assist me about my concern, contacted them via email no reply, don't buy this brand Low-quality product. never again with you Nautica.

Wrong Item Return

Received the wrong item and had to ship it back, since Nautica does not do exchanges. Nautica received the incorrect item then took 3 weeks to even start the process. I emailed customer service numerous times and received the same nonsense response. Now they say it will take 4-5 weeks for the refund to post to my cc. This is a horrible company with atrocious customer service. Will never use again.

We have decided to stop ordering from Nautica all together. Every time we order there is ALWAYS something missing and when you call, thats when you find out its out of stock. Nautica needs a better system with online ordering. I paid for overnight shipping and wasnt able to get the main thing we needed which was the jean sports. We ordered when we found out what we needed for our trip because we learned we were going to do a denim photo shoot. Itsa shame it happens every time. So to solve the issue we wont be ordering again.

I purchased two shirts from the Nautica outlet store in Maryland. I needed to exchange the shirts for a smaller size. I could not find the receipt but went back out to the outlet. I was told by a sales associate (who called a manager) I would only be able to exchange for the exact shirt. Unfortunately, they did not have the smaller size in that style. I do not understand why I wasn't able to just get a store credit or choose another style, please help me understand why I received this unpleasant customer service.

Cancelled my order without warning

I have been a long-time costumer for Nautica, but I learn if you want anything from Nautica, go to the store in person and avoid the online store. Try to order a polo that said it was in stock and in my size and was able to check out. Well less than five minutes later got an email saying my order was cancelled by nautica, because it was out of stock. If it's out of stock, then why do you have it labeled as in stock on your website!! My suggestion go to this store in person if you want anything in stock because their website is absolute TRASH, and wont tell the truth about anything!!

Order never received / bad customer service response

Have called/email numerous times regarding non delivery of my order. The last contact with your dept was a complete insult. Placed on hold back and forth 45 minutes, with the ultimate insult I should contact your delivery company to file a claim. Dont they work for you? They are a reflection of your company. Was hoping for your items, as I personally like them. Right now, I dont even know how to get it even delivered to me. Laser Ship is a nightmare many times over maybe someone per should read the BBB.org website for their reviews.

I bought and returned the polo as it didnt fit me well. I returned it on Feb 2022 and until now April 2022, I have not received the money back. Nautica is the company with the worst customer service that I have worked it. I called 8 times and the problem has not been solved. They want to steal the money from me. Its not worth my time and money to buy from this company. This is the first and last time that I bought clothes from Nautica.
